The Group’s business strategy is built on the basic principle of CONVICTION. We are clear and convinced about the business we are in. Accordingly, we believe that we’ll get the best return from our construction business and invest most of our operation surplus in the business itself to achieve a greater growth.
The cash flow generated by construction is invested in Project Development which brings new projects back to construction.
We believe that we are in a high margin sustainable business and it is imperative to build tools in order to fight the competition. With our excellent human resource and investment in latest technology and machinery, we believe that we are competitive enough to survive any competition in the business.
Financial Turnover
P. C. Gupta & Co. has made a great increment in the turnover and has achieved tremendous growth in the past years. What is more important is consistency of achievement rather than the high growth-rate. This consistency is not merely related to the quantity but also the Quality of construction.
